We are delighted to start this project, which will provide 14 volunteers with valuable face painting experience at community and creative events including the Liverpool World Museum, Liverpool Chinese New Year celebrations and the Africa Oye festival.
Global Grants V-Programme
Funding from the Global Grants has enabled Making Faces United to run two Introduction to Face Painting courses, one in the Rotunda Community College and one at Central Youth Club. All participants on the course have agreed to volunteer in the community after the training.
A graduation party will be held in the end of March to celebrate the learners’ achievements and to mark ‘International Women’s Day 2010′. Find out more about this project, and see some of the work of the participants at the Current Courses page
